The Special Appeal Chamber cooperates with other institutions of re-evaluation, institutions of the justice system, as well as any other institution in function of the re-evaluation process.

The Transparency Program of Appeal Chamber is prepared in compliance with Law no. 84/2016 “On the Transitional Re-evaluation of Judges and Prosecutors in the Republic of Albania, Article 7 of Law no. 119/2014 “On the right to information” (LRI) and the “Revised Transparency Model Program” approved by order no. 187, dated 18.12.2020, of the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Personal Data Protection. Through this program, the Special Appeal Chamber intends to build and increase transparency during the transitional re-evaluation of re-evaluation process for the assessees. The Transparency Program shall be periodically updated, in compliance with Article 5 of the LRI. The information published in this program aims to make the transparency of the work activity of this institution through detailed coverage on the official website www.kpa.al. The Transparency Program is displayed in menus, providing the necessary information structured in such form that it is easily accessible and understandable. The content of the Transparency Program reflects the menus and sub-menus with descriptions and respective materials that are attached to the document on the official website. Under the menus of the official website, there is displayed information that is characterized by restrictions on the identification of personal data due to the protection of the privacy of individuals/assessees data, etc. The dashboard is displayed through the summarized structure shown in this program.
